Teamline Air: History

Teamline Air was a short lived Vorarlberg airline based in Bregenz and operating out of Friedrichshafen Airport, lasting only three years before its structure was absorbed into the subsequently named Styrian Spirit.

Three Years out of Friedrichshafen

Founded in 2001 and based in Bregenz, Teamline Air operated out of Friedrichshafen Airport across the border in Bavaria, which also served Austria’s Vorarlberg region in the absence of a major scheduled airport of its own. After three years of operations, the company ended its independent flying in 2004. Sources link its structure to the subsequently renamed Styrian Spirit, itself a subsidiary of the airline Fairline, which disappeared from the market for good in 2006.
