This website processes personal data only to the necessary extent described below. No analytics or statistics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) are used. Cookies are set exclusively in connection with advertising (see the section “Advertising / Google AdSense”), and only after you have given your consent.
Hosting and Server Log Files
This website is hosted by easyname GmbH, Hollergasse 22/1, 1150 Vienna, Austria. As with any web server, access data is automatically stored in server log files for technical reasons, including:
- IP address of the accessing device
- date and time of access
- page/file accessed and amount of data transferred
- browser type and version, operating system
- previously visited page (referrer URL)
This data is processed solely to ensure the trouble-free and secure operation of the website (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, legitimate interest) and is automatically deleted after a short, purpose-bound period, unless longer storage is required for security reasons (e.g. to investigate attacks). A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with easyname GmbH.

If you contact us by email (redaktion@flytyrolean.at), we process the information you provide (your email address and the content of your message) solely to handle your request (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, or (b) where the request relates to a contract). Your data is not passed on to third parties.
Advertising / Google AdSense
This website uses the advertising service Google AdSense, operated by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland (“Google”). Google AdSense uses cookies and similar technologies (e.g. device fingerprinting) to serve advertisements based on previous visits to this or other websites.
Consent: Advertising cookies and the data processing based on them are only activated once you have given your consent via the consent banner displayed when the site is accessed (provided through Google “Privacy & Messaging” / Funding Choices) (legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR in conjunction with § 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021). You can withdraw or adjust your consent at any time, with effect for the future, via the “Cookie Settings” link in the footer of this website.
In the course of displaying advertising, data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA. Google states that it is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, or bases the transfer on EU Standard Contractual Clauses pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
